The IRIS PRO Videoscopes are available in two main configurations: IRIS 7 PRO, which features a True Industrial Grade CCD sensor and can be loaded with extra lenses or tip adapters and accessories, and IRIS X PRO, which utilizes the same ergonomic and sturdy design, preloaded with all the necessary features for everyday applications, with a CMOS sensor.
The video probes feature waterproof tungsten braiding over a polyurethane jacket, with an additional metal coil running underneath. The IRIS X Pro features a short camera body, which leads to a tighter bend radius and 4-way full 360-degree tip articulation. The permanently attached 7" touchscreen monitor features image/video capture, text generation, and comparative measurement.
This unit will have 4-way tip movement (160*130*110*110 degrees, up to 5-meter probe lengths), and the ability to capture images and video of your inspections, text generation, manual color settings, digital zoom, and a wide-angle field of view. The articulation is controlled via wires, using levers on the handpiece. You are able to articulate the tip faster and more precisely with this method.
