The System Full Description
ILED PRO Industrial Video borescope features temperature resistant (up to 140°C) interchangeable probes with 4-way / 360-degree tip articulation. They can be supplied with interchangeable 4mm, 6mm, or 8 mm diameter probes with built-in 4-way tip articulation. The 4mm (0.16") diameter probes come in lengths of 1.0 meters (3.2 feet) to 4 meters (13.1 feet). The larger 6mm (0.2.4") and 8mm (0.31") diameter probes come in lengths from 1.0 meters (3.2 feet) to 7.5 meters (24.6 feet). Also, all 3 diameters are available with a 90-degree side view prism lens adapter, while the larger 6mm and 8mm probes feature interchangeable objective lenses with different fields of view (28 degrees – 120 degrees), depths of focus (3mm - ∞), and angles of view (side view prism), meaning you can select either the best probe or multiple probes to tackle a wide range of inspection areas.
All of the iLED probes feature a true industrial grade Super HAD CCD camera chip, which produces a very clear high-quality color image, with low noise, and increased light sensitivity. The probes have multi-layer tungsten braiding on a PU jacket, making them durable, water and dustproof, and able to withstand temperatures of 176°F (80°C), or even 284°F (140°C) for up to 5 minutes. The tip of the probe will articulate in a full 360-degree circle controlled via tactile articulation knobs, with precise, quick control. Extra powerful LED lighting ensures that it is easy to complete and document inspections.
With the integral High Power LED Light Source and the xCapture PRO 7" touch screen monitor this unit is an easy to use Video Inspection System. The xCapture PRO features a 7" color touch screen, with built-in on screen menus, a rechargeable battery, image and video capture, comparative measurement, auto frame integration, zoom, built-in text generator, and adjustable image controls. This is the best way to connect the iLED PRO videoscope, to easily access inspection areas, and document what you find/create reports.
